Who we are

We started Valley West to put a local team back in the mortgage.

Valley West Mortgage opened in Las Vegas in 2004 with one idea: the biggest decision most families make should be handled by people they can actually reach — not a 1-800 number in another time zone.

Two decades later, that hasn't changed. We keep every loan with a local Las Vegas team that knows Clark County, and explain every number until it makes sense. We're a local mortgage company — not a call center, and not a big bank. Every license, rating, and number we publish is documented on our official facts page.
